There is no checklist in this link. A checklist link ends in #chk= followed by the job. Ask for it again; the address on its own carries nothing.

Open it once while you have signal. The checklist itself works with no signal at all, but this page has to have loaded on the phone at least once — it will not download in the field.

Network check

Cabinet check

What is actually on the front of each cabinet. The tool guessed from the card layout; you are confirming it. This is the check that most often stops an estimate being called final.
